ALL PRODUCTS BEING RETURNED MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN NEW CONDITION TO QUALITY FOR CREDIT/ EXCHANGES.
Most unopened items in new condition and the original packaging and returned within 30 days or sooner will receive a refund or credit. Depending on the manufacturer, some may require returns to be submitted within 15 days or less. Please process all return requests promptly.
CUSTOMER ORDER ERROR
If an item is ordered in error, a standard $25 restock fee plus cost of all freight (inbound/ outbound) will be charged to the customer. Once the product has been returned and verified to be in good condition, a credit/ debit will be issued for the difference within (7) business days, excluding holidays.
We apologize for any shipping errors that may occur. If an item is shipped in error by EZORDER.BIZ, the customer will receive an RMA and return shipping instructions to return the item(s). A full credit or exchange will be made.
DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We apologize for any inconveniences when shipping damaged/ defective product. To process claims, we will need to verify in our quality department your claim and in some cases, forward the defective product to the manufacturer for full review. If an item is verified to be damaged/ defective by EZORDER.BIZ, the customer will receive an RMA and return shipping instructions to return the item(s). A full credit or exchange will be made.

How will I be refunded for my return?
In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you made a purchase using PayPal, a refund will be issued to your PayPal account. However, if the product is being replaced/ exchanged, no refund will be issued.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving confirmation of the return approval from EZORDER.BIZ.
